Four moments when agencies bring us in

You’ve probably lived through at least one. These aren’t testimonials: no agency’s name ever gets out, yours included.

01capacity

Too many projects at once

You closed the deal, your developer is booked until next month, and the client already paid the deposit. We take the overflow, so you deliver on time and nobody waits.

02scope

The service you don’t offer

The client also wants ads or automation. Say no, and a competitor gets a foot in the door. One day they walk off with the website, then with the client.

03portfolio

The portfolio that earns nothing

Nobody wants to handle updates or Saturday outages. We take care of it, under your brand. The sites you’ve delivered turn into monthly revenue, without selling anything new.

04growth

Ready to scale up

To land bigger clients, you need more output. Hiring takes three months and ties you down long after the project ends. We start within 24 hours and step away when it’s done.

[the diagnosis]

Agencies don’t lose clients over sales. They lose them over delivery.

Sales closes the deal, production chokes. And it’s always the same problems.

You turn work down

The client wants a site, a rebrand and acquisition. You can do two of the three. Whoever takes the third usually ends up taking the rest.

Hiring costs too much for your real workload

In the US, the median web developer earns $92,650 a year (BLS, May 2025), before payroll taxes and benefits. You don’t have that much work every month, but some months you need it.

Freelancers disappear

The one who was available in January goes quiet in March. You start searching again, explain the context again, and your client waits in the meantime.

Every service has its own vendor

A developer, a designer, a writer, a media buyer. Four contacts, four invoices, four levels of quality, and you stuck in the middle coordinating.

Your portfolio earns nothing

You’ve delivered dozens of sites. None of them brings in recurring revenue, because nobody on your team wants to own the upkeep and the outages.

You don’t trust subcontractors

The kind who shows up in your meetings, leaves a signature in the code, or pitches your client six months later. It’s the number one reason agencies don’t outsource.

[services]

Six services, one way of working

Detailed scope

Websites & development

Design-to-code builds, marketing sites, custom Next.js applications, takeovers of existing sites, and dev capacity reserved by the month.

Branding & design

Visual identity, rebranding, screen design in Figma and printed collateral. Source files delivered every time.

SEO & GEO

Technical audits, content production, local search, and optimization for AI answer engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Creative produced in volume and tested: losers get cut, budget goes to the winners. Flat fee, never a percentage of your client’s ad spend.

Maintenance & support

Updates, backups, monitoring, security, small changes. Three plans per site, with volume discounts across your whole portfolio.

Automation & AI

Your tools connected, follow-ups and quotes sent automatically, an assistant trained on your client’s content. The work your team redoes by hand every week, running on its own.

[white-label]

How it actually works

Sign one agreement, then order at the published price, project after project. Your client signs with you, gets your invoices, approves your deliverables, and has no way of knowing we exist.

01

We sign once

A single agreement with your agency: confidentiality, transfer of rights, red lines and rate card. It covers every future project, so there’s nothing to re-sign for each job.

02

You order at the published price

Tell us what you need; base prices are already on the rate card. Within 24 business hours you get an itemized quote for your project: line items, options, total. No haggling, no week-long wait.

03

We produce under your brand

One channel, one contact on each side, and as many projects in parallel as needed. Each has its own date, and you can check progress whenever you like without chasing anyone.

04

You deliver, we stay behind the scenes

The deliverable goes out under your name, with the code and source files. After that, fixes, changes and incidents go through you, never through your client.

On the delivered site, in the code, in the metadata and in the emails: no trace of us.

[pricing]

Our prices are public and they don’t change

The same rate card for every agency, published online. You know the base prices before you write to us, and for a real project you get an itemized quote within 24 business hours, options included.

[discretion]

Why there’s no portfolio here

A white-label partner who shows off its agencies’ projects is showing you exactly what it will do with yours. No portfolio, no logos, no screenshots: we prove ourselves another way.

[proof]

Your first project is free

A full page, a brand identity, an audit or an automation: you pick, on a real client project. We produce all of it and deliver it under your brand. No invoice, no commitment. One per agency.

No. We sign one agreement at the start covering confidentiality, transfer of rights, red lines and the rate card. After that you order project after project, with nothing to re-sign and no quote to wait for. Only truly custom requests get priced before we start.

None. The initial agreement doesn’t commit you to any volume; it sets the rules and nothing else. Fixed-price work is ordered one job at a time. Maintenance plans and reserved capacity can be canceled with one month’s notice, with no minimum term and no exit fee.

No, and that’s deliberate: the same rate card applies to every agency, and it’s public. What does change are the discounts, announced upfront: 10% off when you order three or more jobs in the same month, on one project or several. The count resets every month. On top of that, maintenance gets cheaper per site from 10 sites, then again at 25 and 50.

As many as you need. Every project gets its own delivery date, set before we start. An agency that signs three clients in the same week gets three dates, not a waiting line. And if a deadline can’t be met, you hear it from us beforehand, never after.

You do, as soon as the final balance is paid. The transfer of rights is complete and in writing. You get the Git repository with its full history, the source files and a handover note. Nothing proprietary on our side, so there’s no technical reason you’d ever need to come back to us.

No. Nothing carries our name: not the code, not the metadata, not the Git repository, not the delivered files, not the reports, not the emails. We never contact them. If you want us to step in directly, we do it under your brand, from an email address on your domain, and only if you decide so.

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript for marketing sites, for the best performance. WordPress when the client needs to edit their own content. Next.js, React and a headless CMS for web apps. We pick based on what the project needs and what your team can maintain, never on what’s fun for us.

Yes, we get that request a lot. We audit each site and give you a status report: what’s solid, what needs fixing, what can’t be saved. Then you decide what goes into maintenance. We never take on a site without first telling you what shape it’s in.

You hear it from us before the deadline, never after. And if the delay is our fault, you get 10% off the job per day of delay, negotiable. That’s in our written terms, not just on this page.

We work with several agencies, and none of them knows about the others. Nothing is shared between accounts: not your prices, not your clients, not your methods. Exclusivity by industry or territory is negotiable and can be written into the contract.

Because we’re bad at selling and good at producing. For three years, Kuroflow sold websites directly: the work held up, the prospecting didn’t. An agency has the network, the relationships and the pitch, but not enough production time. That’s the exact opposite of us, and it’s why this model works. It’s also the real guarantee behind the non-solicitation clause: even if we wanted to, we’d be terrible at poaching your clients.

The first project is free: one of your real client projects, fully produced, delivered under your brand, no invoice, no commitment, once per agency. You judge the actual work before paying for anything. And if you’d rather sign an NDA before telling us anything about your client, just ask and we’ll send it the same day.

What the agencies say

Published with their written consent, and nothing more: no screenshots of their work, no client names, no logos.

“ We tried them on a rush project and never looked back. The brief goes out Monday, the design comes back Thursday, and I’ve never had to explain anything twice. Today they’re simply our outsourced production team. ”

“ We handed them a site badly coded by a previous vendor. They audited it, documented it, and rebuilt it properly without charging us for the discovery. Since then, they’ve been our first call for anything technical. ”
