[white-label]

Your client will never know that we exist

Kuroflow does not sign its work, appears nowhere and contacts no one. You sell, you invoice, you keep the relationship. We produce, and we stay invisible.

[the setup]

Three connected layers, only one visible

Information travels both ways between your client and us, but always through you. There is no direct link between your client and Kuroflow, and none is planned.

Your end client

visible layer

They sign with you, receive your invoices, approve your deliverables and call you when they have a question. As far as they are concerned there is one company on the job: yours.

Your agency

visible layer

The contract, the invoicing, the relationship, the meetings, the trade-offs. You decide what comes down to us and what goes back up to your client, and nothing moves without you.

Kuroflow

invisible layer

Production: development, design, acquisition, automation, maintenance. One channel with you, one named contact on each side, and no way out to the outside.

[two modes]

Invisible, or present under your brand

Some agencies want a supplier who speaks to no one. Others need a technical person in the client meeting to answer questions. Both exist, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

mode A · default

Total invisibility

We have no contact with your client, direct or otherwise. Everything goes through you, deliverables included. This is the mode most agencies pick.

  • No contact. No email, no call, no video meeting involving your client.
  • Deliverables handed to you. You pass them on yourself, in your name.
  • We do not need their name. An anonymised brief is enough for us to work.
mode B · your call

Contact under your brand

We speak to your client in meetings or in writing, but under your name and from an address on your domain. All they see is a member of your technical team.

  • Your domain name. The email address is created and provided by you.
  • Your technical team. That is how we introduce ourselves, never otherwise.
  • Reversible. You can switch back to total invisibility without notice.
[who does what]

Who does what, so there is no blind spot

Your agency

  • Signs and invoices. The client contract is yours, and so is the invoice.
  • Owns the relationship. Sets the priorities, approves every deliverable.
  • Passes on the brief. And the access needed to produce.
  • Sets its own price. What you resell it for is none of our business.

Kuroflow

  • Confirms price and date. Before starting anything.
  • Produces and checks. Documents, then delivers within the stated turnaround.
  • Stays reachable. Shared channel, reply within 4 business hours.
  • Speaks only to you. Except in mode B, and on your decision alone.

The end client

  • One point of contact. Yours, from the first day to the last.
  • Delivered faster. Without you having to hire.
  • Cannot identify us. Not in the result, not in the code.
  • Stays your client. Permanently, and without ambiguity.
[why this model]

We are good at production. We are bad at selling.

That is not false modesty. It is why Kuroflow works only with agencies, and why your clients are in no danger from us.

For three years Kuroflow sold its sites directly, to shops and small businesses. The work delivered held up. The selling did not: cold outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, everything that makes a good salesperson. We cannot do it and we never enjoyed it.

A year ago we changed course. An agency knows how to sell: it has the network, the relationships, the credibility and the pitch. What it lacks is production time and skilled hands. That is exactly the opposite of us.

  • 01You sell. The network, the relationship, the meeting, the price, the margin. We never get involved.
  • 02We produce. The code, the design, the acquisition, the automation, the maintenance. It is the only thing we are trying to do.
  • 03Nobody encroaches. No contact with your client, no soliciting, neither during the engagement nor after.

Non-solicitation is written into the agreement. But the real guarantee is simpler: even if we wanted to, we would be bad at poaching your clients.

[commitments]

Three written commitments, not three promises

They are set out in the agreement signed before the first project. You can ask for the text before you tell us anything about your client.

01

Confidentiality agreement

Signed before any detailed exchange, with no conditions and without committing you to work with us. Ask for it and it goes out the same day.

02

Non-solicitation of your clients

We undertake not to approach, directly or indirectly, any end client met through you. During the engagement, and after it.

03

Full transfer of rights

On final payment, all rights to the code, the source files and the design work pass to you. You get the Git repository and a handover note.

[discretion]

You will see no work on this site

A white-label supplier who displays its client agencies’ projects is showing you exactly what it will do with yours.

What you will not find here

  • No portfolio.
  • No client logo on display.
  • No project screenshot.
  • No partner agency name.
  • No case study, not even anonymised.

Not because the work does not exist. Because it belongs to the agencies that sold it.

What we give you instead

  • The itemised quote for a real case of yours, options included, within 24 hours.
  • The first project produced free of charge, once per agency.
  • The text of the agreement and the NDA before any discussion.
  • A public rate card you can check for yourself.

Questions about white-label

The ones that come up most often before a first project. Missing one? Write to us.

contact@kuroflow.com

No. Nothing carries our name: not the code, not the metadata, not the Git repository, not the delivered files, not the reports, not the emails. We have no contact with them. If you want us to step in directly, it is under your brand and from an address on your domain, and that is your decision alone.

You choose. Either you relay the questions and we answer you in writing the same day, or you bring us in under mode B, under your name, from an address on your domain. We never introduce ourselves as an outside supplier.

We have one ready, but if your agency has its own we sign yours. Either way it comes before any detailed exchange, with no conditions, and without committing you to send us anything.

We work with several agencies, none of which knows the others exist. Nothing travels between files: not your prices, not your clients, not your methods. Exclusivity on a sector or a territory is open to discussion, and can be put in the contract.

You do, as soon as the balance is paid. The transfer of rights is complete and in writing. You receive the Git repository with its full history, the source files and a handover note. No proprietary component owned by us, so no technical reason to have to come back.

Because we are bad at selling and good at producing. For four years Kuroflow sold its sites directly: the work delivered held up, the prospecting did not. An agency has the network, the relationships and the pitch, and lacks production time. That is the exact opposite of us, and it is why this model works.

You leave with everything: code, sources, access, documentation. We remove our access to your environments within 48 hours. The non-solicitation commitment on your clients keeps running after the engagement ends.
