What an agency sends us

Four situations that come up at every agency. These are not testimonials: we will never publish the name of a client agency, any more than we would publish yours.

[the diagnosis]

An agency does not lose clients because it sells badly

It loses them because it cannot produce. Sales bring the work in, production jams, and it is always the same run of problems.

You turn work down

The client wants a site, a rebrand and acquisition. You can do two of the three. Whoever takes the third usually ends up taking the rest.

Hiring costs too much for the actual workload

A full-time developer costs more than $69.000 a year with payroll charges. You do not have that volume every month, but you need it some months.

Freelancers disappear

The one who was free in January stops answering in March. You start sourcing again, you explain the context again, and your client waits meanwhile.

Every discipline has its own supplier

A developer, a designer, a writer, a traffic manager. Four contacts, four invoices, four levels of quality, and you in the middle coordinating.

Your portfolio earns nothing

You have delivered dozens of sites. None generates recurring revenue because nobody at your end wants to own the running and the incidents.

You are wary of the subcontractor

The one who will show up, leave a signature in the code, or approach your client six months later. It is the number one reason agencies do not delegate.

[services]

Six disciplines, one working framework

Detailed scope

Websites & development

Design builds, brochure sites, full-code Next.js applications, taking over existing work, development capacity reserved by the month.

Branding & design

Visual identity, rebranding, screen design in Figma and printed collateral. Source files delivered every time.

SEO & GEO

Technical audits, content production, local search, and optimisation for answer engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI overviews.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Creative produced at volume, tested, with what does not hold up cut and budget pushed onto the winners. Billed as a fixed fee, never as a percentage of your client’s media spend.

Maintenance & support

Updates, backups, monitoring, security, small changes. Three plans per site, with a tapered discount across the whole portfolio.

Automation & AI

Your tools wired together, follow-ups and quotes going out on their own, an assistant trained on your client’s content. What your team redoes by hand every week, running without them.

[white-label]

How it actually works

One agreement signed once, then you order at the published price, project after project. Your client signs with you, gets your invoices, approves your deliverables, and has no way of knowing we exist.

01

We sign once

A single agreement with your agency: confidentiality, transfer of rights, red lines and rate card. It covers every project that follows; you sign nothing again for each job.

02

You order at the published price

You send the need, the base prices are already on the rate card. You get the itemised quote for your case within 24 hours: the lines taken, the options, the total. No negotiation, no week of waiting.

03

We produce under your brand

One channel, one contact on each side, and as many projects in parallel as needed. Each has its own date, and you can check progress whenever you like without chasing anyone.

04

You deliver, we stay behind

The deliverable goes out in your name with the code and the sources. After that, fixes, changes and incidents come through you, never through your client.

On the delivered site, in the code, in the metadata and in the emails: no trace of us.

[pricing]

Our prices are public and they do not move

The same rate card for every agency, published online. You know the base prices before writing to us, and on a real case you get the itemised quote within 24 hours, options included.

[discretion]

You will see no work on this site

A white-label supplier who displays its client agencies’ projects is showing you exactly what it will do with yours. No portfolio, no logos, no screenshots: we give the proof another way.

[proof]

The first project is free

A full page, an identity, an audit or an automation, your pick, on one of your real jobs. Produced in full, delivered under your brand, with no invoice and no commitment. Once per agency.

Your cost$0
You send a real case

A live job, not an exercise. Under NDA if you prefer.

Delivered within 72 hours

The exact scope is agreed with you before we start.

It is yours, whatever happens

Deliverable and sources transferred, even if you take it no further.

No sales follow-up

No email sequence, no call. You come back if the work convinced you.

No. We sign one agreement at the start, setting out confidentiality, transfer of rights, red lines and the rate card. After that you order project after project, signing nothing again and waiting for no quote. Only a genuinely bespoke request is priced before it is started.

None. The opening agreement commits you to no volume, it sets the rules and nothing else. Fixed-price work is ordered one job at a time. Maintenance subscriptions and reserved capacity run on one month’s notice, with no minimum term and no exit penalty.

No, and that is deliberate: the same rate card applies to every agency, and it is public. What does move are the discounts stated in advance: minus 10% from three jobs ordered in the same month, on one project or several. The count resets each month. On top of that, a taper on the maintained portfolio from 10 sites, then 25 and 50.

As many as needed. Every project has its own delivery date, set before we start. An agency that signs three clients in the same week leaves with three dates, not with a queue. And if a deadline cannot be met, you are told beforehand, never after.

You do, as soon as the balance is paid. The transfer of rights is complete and in writing. You receive the Git repository with its full history, the source files and a handover note. No proprietary component owned by us, so no technical reason to have to come back.

No. Nothing carries our name: not the code, not the metadata, not the Git repository, not the delivered files, not the reports, not the emails. We have no contact with them. If you want us to step in directly, it is under your brand and from an address on your domain, and that is your decision alone.

HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework for brochure sites, which gives the best performance. WordPress when the client has to manage their own content. Next.js, React and a headless CMS for application projects. We choose on what the project needs and what you will be able to take over, never on what amuses us.

Yes, it comes up often. We audit each site and hand you a status report: what is sound, what needs fixing, what is beyond saving. You then decide what goes into maintenance. We never take a site on without first telling you what state it is in.

You are told before the deadline, never after. And if the delay is our fault, the job is discounted by 10% for each period of delay started. That is written into our terms, not just displayed here.

We work with several agencies, none of which knows the others exist. Nothing travels between files: not your prices, not your clients, not your methods. Exclusivity on a sector or a territory is open to discussion, and can be put in the contract.

Because we are bad at selling and good at producing. For four years Kuroflow sold its sites directly: the work delivered held up, the prospecting did not. An agency has the network, the relationships and the pitch, and lacks production time. That is the exact opposite of us, and it is why this model holds. It is also the real guarantee behind the non-solicitation clause: even if we wanted to, we would be bad at poaching your clients.

The first project is free: one of your real jobs, produced in full, delivered under your brand, with no invoice and no commitment, once per agency. You judge on the work before sending us anything paid. And if you would rather sign a confidentiality agreement before telling us anything about your client, ask, and we send it the same day.

What the agencies say

“ We tried them on an urgent project and never let go. The brief goes out Monday, the design comes back Thursday, and I have never had to explain anything twice. Today they are simply our outsourced production arm. ”

“ The real test of white-label is that the end client suspects nothing. A dozen deliverables passed off under our name, zero direct contact, zero slip-ups. The discretion is part of the service. ”

“ We handed them a site badly coded by a previous supplier. They audited it, documented it, and rebuilt it properly without charging us for the discovery. Since then they are our first call on anything technical. ”
