Six disciplines, one supplier
Most agencies juggle a developer, a designer, an SEO writer and a traffic manager. Four contacts, four schedules, four invoices. Here, one.
What each discipline produces
The exact contents of the deliverables, discipline by discipline. Base prices are on the pricing page; the itemised quote for your case, options included, arrives within 24 hours.
Websites and development
From building a design you supply, through CMS-based sites, to a full business application. The technology is chosen for what the project needs and for what you will be able to take over.
- Design build. You supply the design, we deliver the code. HTML, CSS, JS or React.
- Brochure or bespoke site. Static when the content rarely changes. Delivered in 48 hours to 8 days, responsive, accessible, Core Web Vitals in the green.
- CMS-based sites. WordPress with a bespoke theme and a cleaned-up admin, or a headless CMS such as Sanity, Strapi or Payload. Your client manages their content without calling you.
- E-commerce. WooCommerce, Shopify or a bespoke store. Catalogue, payment, shipping, order tracking.
- Full-code application. Next.js, client area, admin, connections to third-party tools.
- Taking over existing work. Technical debt, changes, migration from one CMS to another. By the day if needed.
Branding and design
The identity and the material that goes with it. You get the source files, not just exports.
- Visual identity. Logo and variants, palette, typefaces, usage rules.
- Brand guidelines. A PDF you can work from, plus the Figma files.
- Collateral. Stationery, social media, presentations, print.
- Site art direction. Complete designs, ready to build.
SEO and GEO
Being found on Google, and being cited when someone asks an AI. Those are two different jobs, and we run both at once.
- Technical audit. Crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structure, internal linking.
- Semantics and content. Query research, page plan, writing.
- GEO. Pages structured so that ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity cite the client’s site in their answers.
- Monthly tracking. Rankings, landing pages, the month’s actions. A report under your brand.
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Running an account is not tweaking bids. It is producing a lot of creative, cutting the vast majority, and pushing budget onto the two or three that hold up. That is the job, and that is what we do.
- Creative production at volume. Visuals and hooks worked out by format and by angle, refreshed continuously. Images and video generated when that is faster than a shoot. It is what the account runs on.
- Testing and culling. Every creative is judged on its own numbers. What does not hold up is cut without debate.
- Scaling the winners. Budget moves onto what works, step by step, without breaking the learning phase.
- Setup and tracking. Account structure, audiences, conversions wired up and verified before the first dollar is spent.
- Reporting under your brand. What was tested, what was kept, what it cost and what it returned.
Automation and AI
The tasks your client’s team redoes by hand every week, wired up once and for all. Every case is different, so it is priced after an audit.
- Audit of repetitive tasks. What can be automated, what is not worth it, and what it returns.
- Workflows. Forms, CRM, invoicing, follow-ups, syncing between tools.
- AI assistants. Writing, sorting, qualifying, first-line replies.
- Monitoring. Alerts on failure, fixes, adjustments as they come.
Portfolio maintenance
The recurring revenue you invoice without spending time on it. The more sites you send us, the lower the price per site.
- Updates and backups. Core, plugins, dependencies. Backups stored somewhere other than the server.
- Monitoring. Uptime, certificates, forms, response times.
- Fixes. A quota of interventions included every month.
- Portfolio report. A monthly status per site, under your brand.
What we work with day to day
The list is there so you can tell whether your stack means something to us before you write. If a common tool is missing, ask: we have probably already come across it.
We work with the tools the project calls for, but what we deliver is yours: code, source files and access. Another developer can pick the project up without calling us.
Questions about the disciplines
On scope, technology, and what does or does not go into a deliverable.
contact@kuroflow.comYes, and it is the most common way to start. Many agencies begin with development, then add maintenance once the portfolio has built up. Nothing obliges you to take everything, and nothing obliges you to stay on one discipline.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework for brochure sites, which gives the best performance. WordPress when the client has to manage their own content. Next.js, React and a headless CMS for application projects. The choice is explained before we start, never imposed.
Yes, it comes up often. We audit each site and hand you a status report: what is sound, what needs fixing, what is beyond saving. You then decide what goes into maintenance. We never take a site on without first telling you what state it is in.
No. The Google Ads and Meta accounts stay in your client’s or your agency’s name, and the media budget is paid directly by whoever holds the account. We invoice the setup and the management, never the media.
Because no two automation jobs are alike: it depends on the tools already in place, the volume, and what can genuinely be automated. We audit, then give a firm price before starting. On the other five disciplines, base prices are public and you get the itemised quote for your case within 24 hours, options included.
Both. SEO writing, page copy, ad creative and brand collateral are all deliverables. What we do not do is your client’s editorial strategy: that belongs to you, and it is where your value sits.
Start with a single discipline
Nothing says you have to hand us everything at once. Send a client request on whichever discipline is blocking you today: you get the itemised quote, options included, and the delivery date within 24 hours.
